n8n Workflow Engineer | Supabase + Notion Sync

Position: n8n + Supabase + Notion Automation Specialist (Milestone Contract)
Comp: $3–$6/hr (or milestone quotes) | Ongoing part-time after Stage-1

Goal: Deliver a reproducible Stage-1 ingestion system:

Inputs: YouTube URLs (single/list), websites/blog posts, PDFs.

Outputs: Clean records in Notion and Supabase (pgvector) with analytics-ready metadata.

Milestone A — Schema & Infra (1 week)

Review our Notion schema; propose improvements.

Create Supabase schema (SQL migrations, pgvector, indexes, FKs).

Document mapping rules Notion?Supabase (JSON config).

Milestone B — Ingestion & Sync (1–2 weeks)

Build n8n flows to: fetch ? parse ? normalize ? upsert.

Implement dedupe, retries, rate-limit handling, and simple logging.

Daily sync: verify parity; auto-heal missing fields.

Milestone C — Hand-off & Training (2–3 days)

README + diagrams + short Loom walkthrough.

Checklist for adding new source types and properties.

Required background

Track record shipping n8n + Supabase + Notion projects.

Strong SQL; comfortable with vector columns and payload mapping.

Clear communication; reliable delivery and documentation.

Nice-to-have

YouTube API + transcript extraction, basic embeddings, entity extraction.

Working style

Async first; 2–3 hrs overlap CET for reviews.

Paid pilot task. Long-term retainer possible (monitoring, new sources, analytics).
