- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, or podcast clips) using CapCut or Descript
- Combine raw clips with inspo references or brand moodboards to match the desired vibe
- Add text overlays, captions, transitions, and branded graphics
- Reformat podcast episodes into shorter highlight clips for social media
- Upload and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

- Track analytics and help maintain project timelines in Asana

*ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS*
- Keep Google Drive, Trello boards, and folders neatly organized

- Have an eye for good visuals and timing in video editing
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and respectfully
- Have excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable with Canva, Trello, Google Drive, Slack, CapCut, and Descript
- Can follow SOPs and take initiative when something’s unclear
- Are reliable, deadline-driven, and genuinely care about doing things well

***DEVICE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)***
To properly test both app platforms, you must have access to:
