Experienced Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and experienced Cold Caller to join our growing remote team!
Your primary role will be to call, qualify, and book appointments with licensed life insurance agents across the U.S.

This is a strictly calling position — no data scraping or lead sourcing required.
If you have a proven track record in phone outreach and appointment setting, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities
-Make outbound calls using our dialer system
-Engage and qualify licensed life insurance agents
-Schedule appointments for our closers
-Follow provided scripts naturally and professionally
-Maintain detailed call notes and accurate records

Work Schedule
-5 days per week (schedule may vary)
-8-hour workdays with a lunch break
-Consistent and reliable attendance required

Compensation Package
-$700 USD/month (paid bi-weekly)

Qualifications
-1–2+ years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing
-Proven ability to book 7–10 qualified appointments per 8-hour shift
-Excellent English communication and listening skills
-Confident, professional, and friendly phone presence
-Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
-Experience using dialer systems and CRMs
