Sales Caller / Cold Caller

Dogginstix® is a U.S.-based premium dog chew brand known for our grass-fed, odor-controlled, collagen chews loved by dogs everywhere. We proudly partner with independent pet stores across the U.S. and are expanding our reach.

We’re looking for a Filipino Sales Caller who can confidently contact pet stores by phone and email, introduce Dogginstix®, and help grow our wholesale network.

???? Responsibilities

???? Call pet stores from our provided lead list.

?? Manage email traffic through Outlook — send follow-ups, reply to stores, and share product catalogs.

???? Introduce Dogginstix® products and explain key benefits to store owners.

???? Record call and email results in Excel or Google Sheets, CRM.

???? Schedule follow-ups and report progress to our U.S. sales manager.

???? Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English.

Experience with cold calling, email outreach, or B2B sales (pet industry is a plus).

Confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style.

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-ups.

Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Gmail, and CRM tools.

Stable internet and quiet workspace.

Part-time preferred, Full Time possible
