We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Operations & Quality Coordinator to keep our content engine running flawlessly.
Your mission: make sure every asset that leaves our company — from videos to posts to links — is correct, polished, and on schedule.
If you get satisfaction from catching mistakes before they go live, building clean systems, and seeing projects run like clockwork, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review all creative assets before publishing (videos, posts, thumbnails, captions, links).
- Manage project checklists and keep the team accountable to deadlines.
- Schedule and double-check content across multiple platforms.
- Maintain organized file systems for assets, copy, and approvals.
- Communicate clearly with creative and strategy teams to fix or prevent errors.
- Track weekly performance and report any recurring process issues.
- Continuously refine SOPs and improve team workflows.

**Requirements**
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience with project management or social media tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or GHL).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Tech-comfortable (comfortable testing links, uploading content, etc.).
- Prior QA, admin, or operations coordination experience is a plus.
