Operations & Marketing / Virtual Assistant – Soccer Programs

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations & Marketing Assistant to help manage our growing group of football and community brands — including East Coast Soccer School, Football Development League, Football Hub, Coastal Sports Institute, and Full Time Baller.

You’ll support the director and management team with day-to-day operations, admin, social media, website updates, sponsorship lead generation , and customer enquiries, helping keep our programs, competitions, and digital platforms running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about sport, community, and growth.

You’ll be confident working across multiple brands and systems, working on minor Wix website updates, posting from social media accounts, sending newsletters, making soccer pitch reservations.

Hours: 26 hours per week, Monday–Saturday, with flexible scheduling to suit program times and project needs. (potential to go full time)
