Are you a digital ads wizard who can create, manage, and scale ad campaigns that convert?

SPACE, the nation’s fastest-growing real estate team, is hiring a Campaign Specialist to own and operate our advertising engine. We’re looking for someone who can take full control of our ad strategy, execution, optimization, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Setup:
Identify and define target audiences for buyer leads, seller leads, recruiting, vendor partners, and more
Set up high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google PPC, Google Local Service Ads (LSAs), and job boards like ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn
Write compelling ad copy and work with our design team to create visuals that support conversion

Management & Optimization:
Monitor all campaigns regularly and make ongoing adjustments to improve ROI
Test new audiences, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies
Ensure proper tracking, UTM tagging, and retargeting structures are in place

Reporting & Collaboration:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
Provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align ads with broader goals

Requirements

Proven experience running paid ads on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google LSAs, and job boards
Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion funnels, and retargeting
Ability to write effective ad copy and oversee creative direction
Comfortable reviewing campaign data and adjusting based on performance metrics
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, and CRM lead integration
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
