About the Role:
We’re looking for a CRM & Sales Operations Specialist to help manage our CRM migration, set up effective sales funnels, and oversee the sales cycle. You’ll streamline our systems, optimize automations, and support smooth sales operations from lead to close.
Responsibilities:
Lead the CRM migration process, ensuring data accuracy and proper system setup
Build and manage sales funnels that support lead generation and conversions
Maintain and optimize CRM workflows, automations, and pipelines
Track performance metrics and create regular reports on funnel effectiveness
Qualifications:
Experience working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience preferred)
Strong understanding of sales operations and funnel automation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
