As a Service Coordinator Assistant at AVS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective & efficient service delivery. The schedule for this position is Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm UTAH USA time. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and has a strong work ethic to join us and be part of shaping the future of the smart home industry in Utah.

As Service Coordinator Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be in the following areas:
Communicating with Service Coordinators regarding service requests & updates
Data Entry
Allocate product for service assignments
Maintain documentation of service visits & generate accurate reports
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless coordination
Identify process improvement opportunities
Answering phone calls as needed

To be considered for this position, you should have:
Excellent communication both in person and on the phone.
High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Capability to learn internal customer management systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to change and new programs.
Ability to work with a team & other departments for efficient communication
