Position: Video Editor / Virtual Assistant
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

We produce high-quality video content — courses, motivational clips, YouTube videos, and social media reels — that inspire transformation and reach millions.

We’re looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor + Virtual Assistant to join our team full time.

Your Main Responsibilities
Video Editing (Core Role)
• Edit long-form course videos (SPMA / API) for our online academy.
• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels).
• Add captions, b-rolls, background music, transitions, and sound effects.
• Create cinematic storytelling and motivational editing style.
• Follow brand tone and style (color grading, fonts, subtitles – SPMA/API).
• Ensure all videos are delivered on time, clean, and ready to post.

Social Media Adaptation
• Reformat videos for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
• Optimize aspect ratios, subtitles, and pacing for each platform.
• Prepare thumbnail suggestions and titles for uploads.

Virtual Assistant Tasks
• Organize and manage video files on Google Drive.
• Update progress and tasks in Trello / ClickUp / Notion.
• Communicate regularly via WhatsApp, Slack, or Email.
• Assist with uploads, scheduling, and tracking post-performance.

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro).
• Experience editing motivational, cinematic, or personal development content.
• Strong storytelling instincts (pace, emotion, energy).
• Fluent in English (writing & understanding) — French is a plus.
• Creative eye for branding, visuals, and emotion.
• Fast turnaround (you respect deadlines and deliver quality).
• Reliable communication — you reply quickly and clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
• Knowledge of YouTube / TikTok / Reels trends.
• Experience creating captions and kinetic text animations.
• Familiar with color grading, sound design, and LUTs.
• Understanding of personal growth, mindset, or motivational content.
