JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a self-motivated, creative Virtual Assistant to join our photography brand. Our work covers fine art, travel, and commercial photography — so we need someone who can think independently, stay organized, and help bring ideas to life.

You’ll handle a mix of admin, photo/video editing, project organization, and marketing tasks. This role is perfect for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working in a creative environment.

What You’ll Do

Edit and prepare photos in Photoshop and videos in Premiere Pro

Keep projects organized in Notion and help manage our Course Creator 360 (GoHighLevel) CRM

Assist with proposals, outreach lists, and SEO updates

Support creative marketing and social content preparation and calendar integration

What We’re Looking For

Strong skills in Photoshop + Premiere (or other editing, although premiere I am most familiar with)

Familiar with Notion, Course Creator 360, Canva, and Google Workspace

Organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions without hand-holding

Hours: 10–20 per week, expanding to full time with growth · EST overlap preferred
