n8n Automation Specialist

We’re building a powerful software platform that integrates automation, data management, and AI. We’re looking for an experienced n8n Specialist who understands how to design, build, and manage advanced automations using n8n, and can connect it with Lovable.ai and Supabase.
You’ll play a key role in helping our system run efficiently by automating workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth communication between different applications and databases.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain automations and workflows using n8n
Connect n8n to Lovable.ai for AI-driven processes
Integrate Supabase databases with n8n for data retrieval, storage, and updates
Create scalable, modular, and well-documented automation structures
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration between systems
Provide documentation and technical support for workflows
Requirements
Proven experience creating automations in n8n (or similar tools like Zapier, Make, or Pabbly)
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
Experience connecting Supabase or other PostgreSQL-based databases
Familiarity with Lovable.ai or similar AI platforms
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus
Portfolio Requirement
Please include a portfolio or examples of automation projects or websites you’ve created.
Nice to Have
Experience automating SaaS or AI-based software platforms
Familiarity with backend or API integration
