About Us
YB World Taekwondo is a family-owned martial arts academy in Stamford, Connecticut, focused on discipline, fitness, and community. We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage daily communication with parents and students, organize admin tasks, and support the rollout of our new student management system (Kicksite).
Role Overview
You’ll handle incoming
Responsibilities
Manage daily
Use provided templates to answer parent and student messages professionally
Track and categorize
Maintain organized records using Google Sheets or Google Drive
Support Kicksite setup and data entry (uploading student info, class schedules, etc.)
Assist in preparing belt testing lists, certificates, and announcements
Communicate updates with instructors or management via Slack or Gmail
Qualifications
Excellent written English communication skills (clear and warm tone)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Experience using Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
Previous admin or customer support experience (preferred)
Familiarity with martial arts schools or Kicksite (a plus but not required)
Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. morning to afternoon hours (EST)
