Role overview
Leads social media strategy and paid/organic execution. Manages day-to-day social activity, ads, reporting, the ideal candidate bridge execution and strategy by diving into data and providing actionable insights, able to analyze trends and suggest improvements.

Key responsibilities
Develop and execute social media and content strategies across channels (Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), including budget management.
Create and manage content calendars, coordinating production with the Designer to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor performance using platform insights and analytics tools; compile regular reports with recommendations to improve ROI.
Propose refinements to strategy through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and trend analysis (e.g., timing, formats, hashtags, influencer partnerships).
Oversee community management escalations, guide tone of response, and implement crisis protocols when needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, sales, PR) to align social media with product launches and broader initiatives.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and data regulations (e.g., GDPR) while safeguarding brand reputation.

Skills & experience
3–5 years experience in social media, content strategy, and paid advertising.
Hands-on knowledge of ads platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
Strong analytical, project-management, and communication skills.
