Reddit Community Manager / Reddit Growth Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Reddit Community Manager to help us grow and engage in niche subreddits.

You’ll manage organic Reddit strategies: posting, commenting, and community interaction to build visibility, trust, and traffic for our clients.

Your main responsibilities:

• Grow subreddit communities from scratch

• Research relevant subreddits for client ICPs (ideal customer profiles)

• Create high-quality, natural Reddit posts and discussions

• Engage in comment sections and external subreddits

• Monitor post performance and report weekly results

• Work with me directly to align Reddit growth with brand goals

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of Reddit culture and subreddit rules

• Proven success posting or growing communities organically

• Excellent English writing & communication skills

• Creative mindset, able to turn topics into viral discussion posts

• Comfortable analyzing results (upvotes, engagement, traffic)

• Reliable, consistent, and able to manage multiple brands/subreddits

Nice to have:

• Experience with marketing, SaaS, or startup communities

Wage / Salary per Month:

$400 – $600 USD (depending on experience and results)
Bonus available for engagement milestones and client growth.

Hours per Week:

40 hours / week (Full Time)
or
20 hours / week (if you want to test Part-Time first)
