We’re looking for a dedicated Product Lister / Shopify Assistant who will help us import, organize, and optimize new products inside Shopify.
You’ll work closely with our content and design team to ensure every product looks great, reads well, and converts.

???? Your Main Responsibilities

You will follow a proven SOP workflow for importing and preparing products for our Shopify store.

1. Product Review & Preparation

Open our shared Google Sheet with product links and details

Review all products marked “Ready for Import”

Check that links, images, and product data are valid before importing

2. Import via Poky (or Bokeh)

Import products from supplier links using Poky/Bokeh tools

Clean up product data: remove supplier logos, adjust variants and prices

Import to Shopify as Draft (not published yet)

3. Organize Variants, Collections & Pricing

Make sure each product has the correct variants, images, and collection

Apply our standard 50% discount rule (compare-at price = 2× selling price)

4. Write Optimized Product Descriptions (with ChatGPT)

Use our given ChatGPT prompt to rewrite product descriptions in Danish

Make descriptions short, clear, friendly, and engaging — using headings, emojis, and benefits

Add size charts for clothing via KiwiSizing

5. Improve Product Images

Ensure all images are clean, sharp, and professional (no watermarks or logos)

Use AI tools if needed to enhance photo quality or translate text in images

Focus on quality over quantity

6. SEO & Titles

Create clean, keyword-rich product titles

Add ™ or ® where appropriate

Fill out tags and SEO fields for each product

7. Add Trust Block

Copy-paste our Danish “Trust Block” at the bottom of every description (template provided)

8. Final Quality Check & Publishing

Review each product using our checklist

Publish only when everything is verified

Update Google Sheet status to “DONE ?” and notify the manager

???? Qualifications / Skills

Experience with Shopify (must-have)

Familiar with product importing tools like Poky or Bokeh (training provided)

Good written English (you’ll follow English instructions but work with Danish text)

Basic knowledge of SEO and product content formatting

Eye for detail and quality (images, layout, consistency)

Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools

Proactive, reliable, and consistent communicator
