JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Client Care Coordinator to join our healthcare support team. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a solid grasp of medical procedures, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding client service. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining insurance processes and supporting patients with clarity, compassion, and care.

What You’ll Do:
Accurately and promptly handle pre-authorization requests
Manage insurance tasks such as verification, claims processing, and follow-ups
Upload and track billing documentation across multiple platforms
Use DSL systems to maintain patient records and coordinate care
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and insurance companies
Apply your medical knowledge to ensure accurate documentation and guide patients effectively

What We’re Looking For:
Background in healthcare administration, insurance coordination, or medical office support
Familiarity with DSL systems and insurance billing platforms
Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care workflows
Native-level U.S. English accent and excellent verbal communication skills
Highly organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Bonus Points:
Certification in medical billing or healthcare administration
Hands-on experience with pre-authorizations and insurance claims
Warm, empathetic communication style
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
