Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outbound calls to potential clients abroad.
2. Provide information and respond to client queries regarding the services, ensuring quality service.
3. Build positive relationships with clients by resolving work situations and increasing overall trust and satisfaction with the services offered.
4. Achieve or exceed the targets set by the employer on a monthly basis.
5. Refer to the management the problems that are not within his/her jurisdiction.
6. Execute all company provisions that are in compliance with the labor law and legislation.
