We’re looking for a Pinterest Specialist who can optimize and scale Pinterest accounts to grow traffic, engagement, and conversions. This is a project-based position with potential for long-term collaboration depending on performance.

Job Description

You will manage and grow our Pinterest presence. The goal is to improve impressions, saves, and click-through rates using proven growth strategies and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

* Audit existing Pinterest accounts and provide a clear growth plan
* Optimize profiles, boards, and pins for SEO and engagement
* Design or coordinate the creation of high-performing pins
* Schedule and manage content for maximum reach
* Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports (traffic, impressions, saves, clicks)
* Research trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

#### Qualifications

* Proven experience managing Pinterest business accounts (please show examples)
* Real results required: screenshots or links showing growth in impressions, followers, or traffic
* Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO, keyword optimization, and analytics
* Experience with product-based or lifestyle brands; home improvement, décor, or similar niches preferred
* Familiarity with Tailwind or other scheduling tools is a plus
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
