The Mission
Asian Baddie Club was built to help powerful women take their energy, confidence, and control back.
Our clients are high-achieving women—moms, leaders, business owners—who’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and are finally ready to take care of themselves.
We don’t sell quick fixes.
We build identity, strength, and systems that help women thrive in every part of their life.
Now, we’re looking for a heart-led, detail-oriented Assistant Coach who loves keeping women accountable, seen, and supported.
The Role
As our Accountability & Progress Coach, you’ll be the heartbeat of the client experience.
Your job: make sure no woman ever feels unseen, lost, or left behind.
You’ll:
Review client check-ins weekly to monitor progress (nutrition, workouts, wins, and struggles).
Identify who needs extra support, encouragement, or plan adjustments.
Send personalized voice notes, reminders, and check-ins to keep clients motivated.
Help clients reconnect to their “why” when life gets busy.
Collaborate with the Head Coach to ensure every woman feels cared for and celebrated.
You’re Perfect for This If You...
Are empathetic, organized, and emotionally intelligent.
Believe accountability is a form of love—showing up for people when they forget to show up for themselves.
Have experience with fitness, health, or habit coaching (formal or informal).
Are great at communication—voice notes, check-ins, and authentic conversations.
Love being part of a supportive, women-led team that believes in growth, honesty, and empowerment.
What You’ll Get
Mentorship under a top-level Head Coach with years of experience transforming women’s lives.
Full training in our systems, client communication frameworks, and accountability processes.
Remote freedom—work from anywhere.
The opportunity to grow into a lead coaching or client success role.
The satisfaction of watching women transform from self-doubt to self-love—because of your guidance.
This Role Isn’t for You If...
You want a “checklist” job.
You don’t like communicating with people daily.
You’re not proactive or emotionally aware.
How to Apply
Send a 60-second Loom video answering:
1?? Why does accountability matter to you?
2?? How do you help someone stay consistent when motivation fades?
3?? What makes you feel most proud about helping others?
