#### Full-Stack Senior Developer (PHP / Automations / Responsive UI) – Immediate Start | Remote ####

Hi there!
We’re an online company looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can move fast on both frontend and backend—turning Figma and specs into reliable, scalable features. You’ll build responsive interfaces, solid PHP backends, and automate workflows across our tools and CRMs.

We need someone who’s FAST, CREATIVE, EFFICIENT, & HONEST with their time.

What you’ll work on (not limited to)
=================================
> Frontend development: Implement pixel-perfect UIs from Figma using semantic HTML, modern CSS (Flexbox & Grid), and JavaScript; ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices/browsers.

> Backend (Advanced PHP): Build/extend APIs, services, and integrations; write clean, testable PHP; optimize queries and application performance.

> Automations & integrations: Create workflows with Zapier (and/or Make, n8n), webhooks, REST/GraphQL APIs, and server-to-server event flows (e.g., GA4/GAds conversions).

> Data & storage: Model schemas, write efficient SQL, and handle migrations/backups; integrate with MySQL/MariaDB.

> Tracking & marketing stack: Implement GA4, GTM, pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and conversion events; ensure data quality.

> Code quality: Reviews, testing, logging, monitoring, and documentation; improve DX with linters, formatters, and CI basics.

> Performance & security: Core Web Vitals, caching, image/CDN strategy, input validation, sanitization, and role-based access.

> Podio (big plus): Build automations, extend apps, use the Podio API, webhooks, and (optionally) Globiflow/Workflow Automation.

Advanced PHP (object-oriented patterns, dependency management, error handling, performance).
Frontend: Expert HTML/CSS with Flexbox & Grid, strong JavaScript (ES6+).
Responsive design and accessibility best practices; ability to implement pixel-perfect Figma handoffs.
Automations: Hands-on with Zapier (or Make/n8n), webhooks, REST APIs, OAuth, and payload mapping.
Databases: MySQL/MariaDB proficiency (indexes, query optimization).
Version control: Git, branching, clear PRs; environment management (.env).
Tracking/analytics: GA4, GTM, and server-side/online event flows.
Testing & QA: Familiar with unit/integration testing, Postman/Insomnia for API testing.
Comm & org: Can estimate, meet deadlines, and collaborate via project boards (Trello/Jira) and chat (Slack/Teams/Skype).
Portfolio/GitHub showing full-stack builds and real integrations.

Podio: Podio API, webhooks, app design, fields/relations, and Workflow Automation (Globiflow).
Security & DevOps basics: Nginx/Apache, HTTPS, caching, CI/CD, error reporting (Sentry), and log aggregation.
