Project Manager (Operations & Execution Lead)

We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee operational flow, quality control, and task execution. This role will ensure that all deliverables are polished, accurate, and aligned with our company standards before they move forward, saving leadership time and increasing efficiency across teams.

Role Mission
The Project Manager will act as the quality control and operational oversight lead, ensuring that all deliverables — from internal processes to external communications — meet RebelX’s high standards before reaching leadership. This role will manage the flow of tasks, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure the team is executing effectively.

Your success will be measured by how much time you save leadership, how few revisions are needed, and how efficiently the team functions.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Control:
- Review and approve all internal and external deliverables before they are escalated to leadership.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for accuracy, clarity, and quality.

Operational Execution:
- Translate leadership directives into actionable tasks within Asana, ensuring clear owners and deadlines for each.
- Maintain the flow of projects across departments and identify areas for improvement.
- Address bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.

Data-Driven Insights:
- Use data to support decision-making and track project progress.
- Present weekly updates with clear, factual summaries and key metrics on each project.

Tool Utilization:
- Manage tasks and team communication primarily through Asana (Free Version).
- Use AI tools to streamline reporting and documentation.
- Minimize meetings through written clarity and daily updates in Asana.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Uses data to justify actions and decisions, providing measurable insights.
- Operations Experience: Background in project management, operations, or logistics, with a focus on quality control and task execution.
