TikTok Creator Research + Email Outreach Specialist (automation, 500+/day)

We need a detail-oriented freelancer to build clean lists of TikTok creators (niche-based), verify business emails, and run automated outreach at scale (?500 sends/day) using approved email tools — NOT manual copy-paste.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

Find and compile TikTok creators in specified niches (CSV/Google Sheet).

Collect only publicly listed business/contact emails (from profiles, websites, creator media kits, or TikTok “business email” fields). Do NOT harvest private/personal data.

Verify emails (deliverability + bounce risk) and dedupe.

Set up and manage automated outbound campaigns (500+ sends/day) using an approved ESP/automation tool (Mailshake, Lemlist, Mailgun, SendGrid, or similar) + follow-up sequences.

Warm up sending domain and manage deliverability: SPF, DKIM verification, suppression lists, unsubscribes.

Report daily metrics: sends, bounces, opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes. Provide the list and campaign CSVs.

Maintain an outreach playbook and a suppression/unsubscribe file so we stay compliant.

Tools we expect you to know (or be ready to use)

Google Sheets / Excel


Email verification tools (Hunter/Snov/Apollo/Snov/ZeroBounce or similar)

ESPs / outreach tools (Mailshake, Lemlist, SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, etc.)

Basic scraping/research tools (PhantomBuster, Apify, or manual profile research) — again: only public business emails.

Basic knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC and deliverability best practices

Must-have skills & experience

Previous experience running cold outreach campaigns (?500 sends/day) with good deliverability.

Demonstrable portfolio or case study of creator/influencer list building and outreach.

Strong data hygiene skills: dedupe, normalize, verify.

Familiar with CAN-SPAM/GDPR basics and ethical outreach (unsubscribe, opt-out).

Reliable internet, good English writing (for email templates), attention to detail.

Nice-to-have

Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace or influencer platforms (Grin, Aspire, Upfluence).

Experience using proxies and handling captcha avoidance responsibly.

Cold-email template writing and A/B testing experience.
