Direct Response Video Editor (UGC Ads) - Project-Based

We are looking for a creative and reliable video editor for a long-term, project-based collaboration. We are a growing brand and need someone who can create engaging, 1-2 minute videos for our social media channels.

IMPORTANT: This is a project-based, part-time role. The $500/month listed in the salary field is the maximum potential amount based on a steady flow of projects. It is NOT a fixed monthly salary. Payment will be made per video project.

About the Role:

You will edit 1-2 minute videos (we will provide the raw footage and a clear brief).

The work will be steady, but will vary from week to week.

We need a fast turnaround time: 24-48 hours per project.

Your Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into a compelling and fast-paced 1-2 minute video.

Add dynamic captions/subtitles (like you see on TikTok and Reels).

Add background music (we will provide or you can use copyright-free sources).

Incorporate simple transitions and text overlays.

Ensure the final video matches our brand guide (which we will provide).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor (you must have a portfolio).

High skill level in Adobe Premiere Pro OR CapCut.

A good understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention for social media.

You are reliable, communicate well in English, and can meet a 24-48 hour deadline.

Crucial: You must be willing to provide the project files (e.g., .prproj or CapCut project) for our first few projects so we can make minor adjustments if needed.
