Part-Time Facebook Ads Media Buyer (20 hrs/week) — Local Biz + Direct Sales Funnels

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Manager that knows how to run Facebook ads campaigns that work. We need someone who understands how to turn cold traffic into buyers and booked calls.

WE RUN TWO TYPES OF ADS:

- - Ads that get people to book a call

- - Ads that get people to buy our product without talking to us

Someone who knows how to test fast, analyze data, and scale winners.

WE WANT SOMEONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO:

- Run ads for local businesses

- Test fast

- Improve leads & cost per lead

- Optimize and scale winners

- Keep campaigns clean and simple (not over-engineered)


YOUR SKILLS (MUST HAVES):

- Facebook Ads Manager
- Pixel + events + CAPI/server-side setup
- Conversion campaigns & lead gen forms
- Lead tracking + UTM basics
- Knows how to test hooks, headlines, images, videos
- Understands CPL, CTR, CPM, cost per booked call
- Can make data-based decisions
- Good English & communication

Nice but NOT required:
- - Go High Level experience

YOUR WORK:

- Build campaigns inside Ads Manager

- Test angles, hooks, audiences, creative

- Monitor and optimize CPL

- Retargeting and simple nurture flows

- Report daily (short + clear updates)

- Suggest creative ideas and ad copy

- Keep campaigns simple and clean

HOURS AND COMMUNICATION

This is a part-time position
20 hrs/week

Must be available:
You must be available for one hour each day sometime between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
This is so we can communicate, check tasks, and stay aligned.

Outside of that one-hour window, you can work whenever you want. We can communicate on slack or zoom.

Daily updates

COMPENSATION

We pay $8 an hour. We pay you for all hours you work. We pay with Wise. Every Monday, for the week before. You must profivide a detailed work sheets on a daily basis of tasks/ work you did. And then submit weekly time sheets on Friday of each week.

Raise to $10–$11/hour based on performance
