Long term Web developer with PHOTOSHOP and WORDPRESS experience. THEMEFOREST TAMPLATES customization from scratch

This is a breef jobb post article, where we look for the most stable and professional VA’s out there . This position is mainly based on a long term relationship (5 years +) If you don’t have the capability to be committed for at least 5 years, then this is not the job for you. We want to build a center piece in our web based side of the business, which may be you.
We are looking for a long term thinker, someone we can build this part of the business around. This is the first time we have hired someone outside of Norway and are enthusiastic about this project.
The reason we are looking for a long thinker, is that this is a new department in our business, and requires someone who can start alone at the bottom, and work his way to the top. In the beginning you will spend time working without staff manager, which will guide you through out the projects. And we hope that after a while , you will be able to complete this projects on your own. When the work load expands, we will need more VA’s with the same type of experience, and hope that you, can take the lead and run this team, like a project manager for our business. You will then hire, educate and run the project we get as a business.
Now we don’t want someone who will leave after a year or 2. That will putt the business in a bad position. And that is also how you can know that we will do our best to take good care of you too.
As our first VA you will be a essential part of the business, and we want you to feel that way too. That’s why will treat you like a proper member of our business and you will also be displayed on our website as the Web developer/project manager. That means we also need someone who has a good personal and professional profile.

The job will be based on the following tasks to begin with.
- You will work full time, even toh we might not have work for you to do at all times, you will still get paid foul 100% (The work load will increase rapidly)
- You will get a CRM system with the name of 24sevenoffice, where we will give you tasks in a simple to do list system.
- The tasks will mainly be Web design to begin with.
- Wordpress sites that you will need to build from the tamplates we give you , on the domains we will order and setup for you.
- The tamplates will be bougth from Themeforest
- We will also provide you with photos and text to put into the site, and a clear description on how we want you to customize the tamplate.
- We will explain wich plugins we want, and where.
- We wil explain what pages we want and where.
- We also want you to have photoshop experience couse you will need to build some header pictures and find/make/upload pictures to the website in the case we are inn a lack of photos for the website.
