We’re a fast-growing U.S. real estate investment company looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our acquisitions team.
You’ll be responsible for calling property owners, building rapport, and identifying motivated sellers interested in selling their homes for cash. You’ll be provided with scripts, training, and daily support.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls per day using our multi-line dialer (Mojo or BatchDialer)
Follow a proven real estate script to qualify motivated sellers
Collect property details, motivation, and timeline
Record all call outcomes accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the acquisitions manager
Meet daily and weekly performance goals
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate cold calling experience (wholesaling, acquisitions, or appointment setting)
Excellent English communication (neutral or light accent)
Confident, clear phone voice and ability to build rapport quickly
Experience with dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, or similar)
Reliable internet and noise-cancelling headset
Must be motivated, coachable, and able to handle rejection professionally
Preferred Experience:
Worked for a U.S. real estate investor or wholesaler
Familiar with skip tracing, property leads, or CRM tools
Compensation:
???? $800–$900/month (USD) + performance bonuses based on quality leads generated.
Payments are made weekly through Wise or PayPal.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (U.S. business hours).
