We're looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive freelancer to help us create static image ads (Meta format) for our fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brand (men’s health, testosterone, libido, energy, natural wellness).
???? Your role:
We're not just looking for someone to "design nice images".
We're looking for a true creative partner who can:
- Understand our audience and marketing angles
- Perform competitive research and get inspired by top-performing ads
- Propose smart, conversion-driven concepts
- Deliver on time and with full autonomy
- Create different types of visuals: social proof, UGC-style, testimonials, educational, problem/solution, offers, before/after, etc.
- Most importantly: be resourceful and take initiative.
We’ll give you clear briefs, previous top ads, and examples from competitors.
But we expect you to bring ideas, test formats, and think like a marketer, not just a designer.
???? Your profile:
-Strong skills in Canva / Photoshop / or other tools
- You understand how to make a scroll-stopping ad
- You combine design + marketing logic
- You’re fast, independent, and organized
- You care about performance, not just aesthetics
Bonus points if you’ve worked on:
???? DTC brands
???? Supplement / wellness / skincare brands
???? Male-oriented products
???? What we offer:
- A long-term collaboration if we’re a good match
- A team that gives clear and constructive feedback
- Freedom to bring your creativity (we love testing ideas!)
- A professional yet friendly environment
- And… bonuses ???? when your ad performs well.
If one of your ads becomes a winner and drives high ROI, we give you extra bonuses.
In some cases, this can even exceed your base rate.
We reward results, not just execution.
