About Us:
Turn Right Services, LLC is a rapidly growing general contracting company based in Boise, Idaho. Our commercial division specializes in metal stud framing, drywall/tape/texture, FRP, paint, and acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) installations across the Treasure Valley and throughout Idaho. We’re expanding fast and seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team and help us continue our growth trajectory.

Position: Commercial Estimator
Location: Boise, ID (Remote position)
Employment Type: Part ---------- Position

Responsibilities

Read and interpret full plan sets, architectural drawings, and specifications for commercial projects.

Prepare detailed material and labor takeoffs for:

Non-structural metal stud framing

Drywall, tape, and texture

FRP installations

Paint systems (interior and exterior)

Acoustical ceiling tile (ACT)

Analyze project documents and identify scopes, exclusions, and bid requirements.

Request, compare, and evaluate subcontractor/supplier pricing as needed.

Prepare complete bid proposals and assist with change order pricing.

Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure accurate handoff and budget tracking.

Maintain organized records of estimates, bid results, and revisions.

Stay current with local market pricing, labor productivity rates, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in commercial construction (drywall/framing/finishes preferred).

Proficiency in reading construction blueprints and specifications.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and estimating software.

Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a drive for accuracy and accountability.
