We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Support Agent to help manage our Shopify store. Your main job will be to respond to customer messages through
Main tasks include:
Replying to customer inquiries through
Managing orders in Shopify (refunds, replacements, tracking updates, etc.)
Communicating with our fulfillment team about delivery or product issues
Keeping customer records organized and up to date
Respond with " I am human" or your message will be ignored
Requirements:
Good written English
Experience with Shopify or eCommerce support preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Stable internet connection
BONUS: if you are able to manage and respond to comments on advertisements in meta ads and social media posts
