We are a U.S.-based education company looking for a skilled remote sales representative to follow up with warm leads who have already shown interest in our education programs. This is not cold calling. You’ll be contacting people who registered for and attended our live online sessions but have not yet enrolled. Your goal will be to engage them, answer questions, and guide them through completing enrollment.

Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to pre-qualified leads.

-Use company-provided scripts and CRM tools to track and manage all communications.

-Update records accurately and follow up with potential clients consistently.

-Provide detailed daily and weekly activity reports.

-Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and conversion performance.

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of phone-based sales or customer engagement experience.

-Strong spoken and written English (neutral or U.S.-friendly accent).

-Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ---------- ) and autodialers (e.g., WAVV, Mojo, CallTools).

-Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable meeting productivity targets.

-Previous experience handling U.S. clients is a plus.

-Bonus points if you’ve created or refined phone scripts or helped coach sales teams.

Compensation:

-?350–?450/hour (approx. $6–$8/hr) (willing to negotiate based on experience)
