You must already be an expert in LinkedIn.
If you’ve spent at least 2 years successfully connecting with and booking calls with founders, CEOs, finance executives, or other high-profile professionals, this role is for you.
You must have references who will confirm that you are an expert in connecting with high profile professionals on LinkedIn.
You must know how to take someone from zero connection to booked call — using intelligent messaging, tact, and a clear process.
If you’ve only done basic lead generation or mass messaging, this is not the right role.
???? About the Role
I’m a high-performance mindset coach working with hedge fund managers, traders, and CEOs. I’m looking for a strategic, detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement Manager to grow my network and consistently book qualified discovery calls with top-tier professionals.
This isn’t about sending thousands of generic messages — it’s about precision, psychology, and building real connections that turn into conversations and booked calls.
???? Your Core Responsibilities
???? LinkedIn Outreach
Identify and qualify ideal prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (hedge fund PMs, CIOs, traders, and CEOs of wealth advisory firms)
Send personalized, approved connection and follow-up messages
Track all activity in our Google Sheets system
Withdraw unaccepted invitations weekly to maintain account health
Hand off meaningful replies to the founder (no selling or closing required)
Test message variations and report what performs best
???? LinkedIn Engagement
Engage daily with ideal prospects (likes + authentic, relevant comments)
Engage with people who comment on the founder’s posts
Identify active, influential prospects worth prioritizing for outreach
Log engagement activity in the daily tracker
???? Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate, real-time tracking in Google Sheets
Update the Dashboard and Weekly Report every Friday
Share insights and optimization ideas to improve response and booking rates
???? What You Bring
Expert-level LinkedIn experience — minimum 2 years running successful outreach campaigns that connect and convert with founders, CEOs, and executives
References who will confirm your LinkedIn experience for connecting and converting high profile people
Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (you know filters, Boolean search, and targeting logic)
Excellent written English — confident, nuanced, and natural (not stiff or salesy)
Highly organized with strong Google Sheets skills
Analytical and proactive — you track what’s working and optimize it
Comfortable engaging with senior professionals (you know how to sound credible)
Reliable, consistent communicator who meets deadlines
???? Tools You’ll Use
LinkedIn + Sales Navigator
Google Sheets (tracking system already built)
ClickUp (for team communication)
GoHighLevel (for CRM visibility — no setup required)
???? Success Metrics
You’ll be measured weekly on:
3–5 qualified discovery calls booked per week
Connection acceptance rate
Consistent daily engagement with high-value prospects
Actionable weekly insights shared in your report
???? Compensation & Growth
Full-time, USD $1,000–$1,200/month, depending on experience
Weekly pay
Quarterly bonuses for hitting KPIs
Long-term role
