About Us:
We are a growing company seeking a talented, experienced graphic designer and marketing specialist to join our team on a project-by-project basis. This is a flexible, remote contract position where you will work closely with our CEO/Creative Director on a variety of marketing and design projects.

Position Overview:
The contract designer will execute graphic design and marketing projects across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and print. This role requires someone who can produce high-quality work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain confidentiality of all company materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create social media graphics, email marketing content, print materials (business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.), and other visual assets as needed.
• Design vector art logos in Adobe Illustrator; AI-generated designs may be used for elements but logos must be fully vectorized.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO/Creative Director; no client-facing responsibilities.
• Use platforms including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, HighLevel, or similar.
• Track time accurately for each project and submit timesheets and invoices biweekly.
• Deliver projects within established hour/perimeter limits.
• Ensure all work remains confidential; work cannot be shared publicly, online, or in personal portfolios.
• Participate in calls, emails, and Zoo ---------- etings as needed for project updates and collaboration.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation, print materials, email campaigns, and vector logo design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, HighLevel, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to varying project workloads.
• Highly organized and able to track time and project details accurately.
• Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and adhere to non-disclosure requirements.

Compensation:
• Hourly rate, project-based; no guaranteed set hours.
• Workload varies based on company needs; some weeks may be heavier than others.
• Potential for increased hours in the future based on performance and company growth.
