Data Analyst (Automotive Marketing Campaigns)

Willowood Ventures is a U.S.-based automotive marketing agency helping car dealerships sell more vehicles through Facebook Sales Events and ---------- appointment-setting services.
We generate thousands of leads for dealerships nationwide — and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst to help us track and visualize our results.

You’ll be organizing performance data across Notion, Square, GoHighLevel, and Facebook Ads Manager to create clear insights that show what’s working and where to improve.

What You’ll Do

Pull data from Notion (event database), Square (sales), Facebook Ads Manager, and GoHighLevel to build weekly and monthly reports.

Maintain organized dashboards for:

Leads generated, appointments booked, and show rates

Ad spend, cost per lead (CPL), and ROI

BDC agent efficiency and event performance trends

Compare data from multiple events to identify top-performing ads, campaigns, and BDC processes.

Create visual dashboards using Google Sheets or Looker Studio.

Automate recurring reports wherever possible using integrations or scripts.

Summarize key takeaways and make recommendations based on the data.

???? Required Skills
Prior agency experience, especially in automotive or lead generation reporting

Advanced Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts, conditional logic)

Experience with Notion databases and organizing data exports

Comfortable working with Square, Facebook Ads Manager, and GoHighLevel data

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent written English and attention to detail

Bonus Skills

Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools

Knowledge of Looker Studio / Google Data Studio


Understanding of BDC operations or appointment metrics
