Senior Web Developer (Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Web Developer who’s confident, detail-oriented, and takes pride in building clean, fast, conversion-focused websites.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work with a global team, build sites that actually get results, and grow into a key technical role over time.

You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to develop high-performing websites that balance speed, design, and usability.

We’re not looking for a beginner. We want someone who knows what “great” looks like — someone who can confidently take a project from concept to launch with precision and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive WordPress websites (Elementor, custom themes, or page builders).
• Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and mobile.
• Manage hosting, backups, and plugin updates.
• Implement integrations (CRM, analytics, automation tools).
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and proactively.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to launch new sites and improve existing ones.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong WordPress and PHP knowledge.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly site structure and UX principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with site speed optimization and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Figma, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
