We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Collection Specialist to join our remote team and help track performance data across multiple client accounts.

Position Overview

As our Data Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and reporting performance data related to client campaigns. You’ll track ---------- from Facebook ads, social media posts, and call booking systems. Accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency are key for this role.

This is a long-term, part-time position with room to grow for the right person.

Responsibilities

Track, record, and organize marketing data for multiple clients.

Collect performance data from Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other social media platforms.

Monitor and report key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement rates, etc.).

Record lead and call booking activity from CRM dashboards (Go High Level or similar).

Create weekly and monthly performance reports.

Identify trends or inconsistencies in client performance data.

Maintain accurate data files and documentation.

Collaborate with account managers to ensure all data is submitted on time.

Requirements

Strong experience with data entry.

Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and ---------- dashboards.

Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and data sources.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Good written English communication skills.

Familiarity with Go High Level, Facebook ads, or similar tools is a plus.
