UI/UX Web Designer Front-End Developer

Web Designer/Developer - Immediate Start

We're growing fast and onboarding new clients, we need a Designer/Developer to handle design and development work alongside our managing partner.

What you'll do:
- Design custom, unique web page layouts with strong visual sense (Figma) for professional, mid-sized businesses
- Convert designs to clean, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Build functional websites from concept to launch
- Implement interactive features and animations where needed
- Work with design direction and feedback
- Deliver websites that look great and work flawlessly

What we need:

Design Eye:
- Strong aesthetic sense, you can create layouts that look polished, unique, professional
- Portfolio showing custom-designed websites (not template variations)
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, balance
- Can think about UX naturally
- Figma proficiency

Development Skills:
- Understand HTML and JavaScript
- Can build with CSS
- Experience with WordPress, React, Vue, Svelte, or Tailwind preferred

General:
- Can start immediately
- Clear communication and receptive to feedback
- Meet deadlines, reliable
- Willing to work closely with the managing partner (daily check-ins)
