Social Media Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Full-Time Social Media Marketing Manager to own and elevate our digital presence across multiple brands: The Prime Cleaner (premium residential ---------- 845k+ ---------- (125K+ Instagram followers), and personal brands for co-owners Jayger and Sra. Ana.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, create, publish, and optimize content while building community and driving measurable business results. You'll be the engine behind our social media growth, working autonomously while collaborating closely with leadership.

- Have 2+ years managing social media for multiple brands or clients
- Can write compelling copy AND design eye-catching visuals
- Thrive in autonomy but communicate proactively
- Are data-driven but also creatively intuitive
- Love social media trends and stay on top of platform changes
- Are highly organized and can juggle multiple brands without dropping balls
- Have experience with service-based businesses, local marketing, or lifestyle brands (bonus!)

- Need constant direction and hand-holding
- Prefer working on a single brand/focus area
- Don't enjoy the fast pace of social media
- Struggle with written communication or design basics
- Can't work independently and problem-solve
