Responsibilities
Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to connect with local business owners (e.g., laundromats, salons, barbershops, restaurants, and other service-based businesses).

Schedule and lead sales calls or virtual meetings with prospects to present our services and explain how we can help them grow.

Follow up with leads consistently and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Close new clients for our digital marketing services (Social Media Management & Google Business Profile / Map Pack Ranking).

Handle onboarding of new clients by collecting essential information and coordinating with the fulfillment team.

Maintain detailed communication logs and provide regular reports on progress and performance.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, outreach, or appointment setting, preferably in digital marketing or local business services.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in cold calling, emailing, and building rapport with small business owners.

Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
