$1000-$2000/MO - Remote Commission-Based Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

About Us:
We’re a marketing agency that helps US-based assisted living companies grow through digital advertising. We’re looking for motivated cold callers who can generate appointments through outbound calls.


What You’ll Do:
-Call US-based assisted living facility owners from provided lead lists
-Follow our proven scripts to introduce our marketing services
-Book qualified meetings with decision-makers
-Record notes and results in our CRM
-Work remotely and manage your own schedule


Compensation:
-Base Salary: $1 an hour
-Commission: $230 per closed deal
-Expected Performance: 4–8 closes per month
-Estimated Monthly Earnings: $1,000–$2,000+ based on performance
-Work Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40 hours per week)

Who We’re Looking For:
-Fluent English speaker with a clear, confident voice
-Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)
-Self-motivated and reliable
