We’re expanding our LinkedIn Ads division and looking for a LinkedIn Ads Media Buyer who thrives in a data-focused, process-oriented environment.

The Role
As a LinkedIn Ads Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on LinkedIn ad campaigns for multiple B2B clients.

You’ll work within a tested framework of SOPs, and AI tools to ensure campaigns run efficiently and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize multiple LinkedIn ad accounts (2–5 part-time / 4–10 full-time).
• Set up and QA campaigns, audiences, and creative assets.
• Monitor core metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate) and identify underperformance.
• Implement SOP-based diagnostic and optimization actions.
• Maintain daily performance logs and update Slack check-ins.
• Submit structured weekly reports through our AI-supported reporting framework.
• Review funnel and UX data via Microsoft Clarity recordings.

Requirements
For Senior Applicants (3+ years):
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation (SaaS, Consulting, or Service-based clients).
• Comfortable optimizing CPL, CTR, and lead quality within specific CPA targets.
• Confident in campaign diagnosis and performance troubleshooting using data.
For Experienced Junior Applicants (1–2 years):
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and B2B lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, systems-oriented mindset.
• Experience in reporting tools, dashboards, and campaign tracking.
• Excellent written communication and consistent task accountability.
All Candidates Must:
• Be available for 2–3 hours overlap with PST (Los Angeles).
• Communicate daily via Slack (SOP check-ins required).
• Operate with discipline inside a structured SOP framework.
• Have reliable internet, focus time, and commitment to process consistency.

Tools & Systems We Use
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Microsoft Clarity (UX insights)
• Looker Studio Dashboards (performance tracking)
• Slack (daily communication)
• AI-supported SOP Systems (QA, optimization, and reporting)

Who This Role Is Perfect For
You’ll love this role if you:
• Prefer working in systems, not chaos.
• Enjoy diagnosing performance issues through data.
• Thrive under clarity, structure, and measurable KPIs.
• Are looking for part-time consistency with the opportunity to grow into a senior role through mentorship.

Compensation
• Part-Time: 3–4 hours/day
• Full-Time: 6–8 hours/day
• Flexible pay structure: Per-client monthly rate or fixed monthly retainer (based on experience and region).

How to Apply
Please send:
1. A short introduction outlining your LinkedIn Ads experience and past campaign results (CPLs, CTRs, or MQLs achieved).
2. Your weekly availability (hours per day, preferred time zone).
3. Your preferred payment structure (per-client or fixed monthly).
If you’ve read this far, please include a “:)” at the start of your message so we know you value attention to detail.
