Role Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing brand growth, campaign strategy, and revenue-generating initiatives across multiple client accounts. This role ensures campaigns are executed to maximize ROI, lead generation, and overall client performance.
The ideal candidate has agency experience, particularly with personal brands such as coaches, speakers, authors, consultants, and high-ticket program creators. You must have end-to-end campaign expertise including funnel development, copy leadership, and performance optimization.
KPIs & Performance Expectations
You will be evaluated based on:
-Revenue & ROI: Overall client revenue growth, campaign ROI, and profitability metrics
-Campaign Performance: CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and sales generated from campaigns
-Lead Quality & Volume: Effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and pipeline performance
-Funnel Execution: Timely and high-performing launches for events, offers, and programs
-Client Satisfaction: Retention, feedback quality, and proactive communication
-Team Leadership: Mentoring, delegation, and team performance across campaigns

A Typical Day in This Role:
-Reviewing live campaign performance and optimizing creatives, targeting, or copy
-Coordinating with Sales, Creative, and Video teams for upcoming deliverables
-Writing or refining copy for ads,
-Developing campaign direction with COO/CEO
-Managing client communication, feedback loops, and approvals
-Presenting weekly reports, insights, and action plans
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership & Client ROI
-Own all revenue-generating initiatives for client campaigns
-Ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and meet financial performance targets
-Develop strategies to optimize client accounts for growth, profitability, and retention
-Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and revenue streams
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
-Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media,

Team Leadership & Coordination:
-Lead, mentor, and upskill Marketing Managers, Specialists, and coordinators
-Ensure high performance, accountability, and alignment across client campaigns
-Support COO/CEO in strategic initiatives and scaling client brands
Analytics & Reporting:
-Track and analyze revenue, ROI, and performance metrics across campaigns
-Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
-Maintain dashboards and reporting systems for team and client visibility
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
-5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of campaigns or projects
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, funnel logic, copywriting, and analytics
-Hands-on experience with info products, high-ticket offers, or coaching programs
-Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
