JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK-based Corporate Housing & Airbnb Management company with over 50+ luxury properties nationwide — and we’re continuing to expand rapidly across the country.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Operations Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio of short-term rentals and help streamline daily operations.

Experience: 3–5 years in Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Operations

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the operational side of our short-term rental business — ensuring all properties run smoothly, guests enjoy a seamless experience, and every turnover meets our company standards.

You will coordinate cleaning schedules, review inspection reports, manage property calendars, and ensure all operational details are executed on time and accurately.


Responsibilities:
• Managing cleaning schedules across multiple properties
• Reviewing cleaning and inspection reports to ensure quality and consistency
• Identifying and reporting damages or maintenance issues promptly
• Overseeing calendar operations (availability, blocks, and notes)
• Handling direct booking inputs and ensuring sync across platforms
• Managing cancellations and updating availability accordingly
• Monitoring and responding to guest reviews (including dispute handling when needed)
• Assisting with review management and guest follow-up processes
• Coordinating with cleaners, maintenance staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring cleaning reports, damages, and notes are properly documented in system files or CRM
• Supporting general operations-related administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in Airbnb or short-term rental operations
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with channel managers (preferably Hostaway)
• Experience reviewing cleaning checklists or inspection reports
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple units efficiently
• Reliable, proactive, and responsive — able to follow through on tasks without reminders
• Ability to handle urgent issues (e.g., cancellations, maintenance, or booking errors) calmly and effectively
• Strong understanding of Airbnb systems and short-term rental processes


Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
• Experience with Google Sheets, ---------- , or Notion for task tracking
• Basic knowledge of KPIs and performance tracking
• Experience with review dispute handling or Airbnb Resolutions
• Flexible availability during weekends for urgent operational tasks
