???? STATIC AD DESIGNER (with image editing skills)

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can design scroll-stopping static ads.
If you love fast-paced e-commerce environments and want to grow inside a 7-figure brand, this is for you.

???? What You’ll Do

Design static ads for Meta using proven frameworks (awareness stages, emotional hooks, etc.)

Create variants fast for A/B testing (new hooks, angles, headlines)

Support with simple branding visuals when needed (e.g. thumbnails, banners, carousels)

? What We’re Looking For

Experience with Photoshop / Canva / Figma (your choice of tool)

Solid static ad editing skills, portfolio required

Fast execution & open to feedback (no ego)

Performance mindset: you care about CTR, not just aesthetics

Intermediate English communication

Curiosity for AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
