We are a U.S.-based interior design firm that works with luxury real estate developers, builders, agents, and high-end homebuyers. Our approach blends luxury design with practical, turnkey solutions, leveraging our curated vendor partnerships and photo-realistic 3D visualization. We require a sophisticated closer to manage and convert our pipeline of qualified, high-value opportunities from both our B2B and B2C channels.

We are seeking a proven sales professional to step in as our Senior Account Executive. This is a critical strategic role responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients and managing the continuous client interface for major projects. You must be comfortable and highly effective engaging directly with high-end clientele via phone calls and video meetings.

Key Responsibilities
The core function of this role is to convert qualified opportunities and manage ongoing client relationships, freeing the CEO to focus on the largest, most complex accounts.

* Conversion & Closing: Take ownership of the qualified pipeline (agents, builders, and direct high-net-worth homebuyers) and drive pre-vetted leads to closed, paid contracts.

* Direct Client Interface: Lead all client-facing interactions (phone, video calls, presentations) after the initial triage. You will serve as the primary relationship manager, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience that aligns with our luxury brand.

* Deal Strategy & Forecasting: Manage deal strategy, negotiation, and overall pipeline health for your assigned segment within our CRM (Attio).

* Client Management: Handle high-value clients across all segments, ensuring client needs are consistently met through the contract stage.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements
* Experience: 4+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (quota-carrying experience is highly desirable).

* Client Interaction: Exceptional Verbal Communication and a professional demeanor for video and phone calls. You must be polished and confident interacting with luxury clientele.

* Closing Mentality: You must be a self-starter, a "go-getter," who aggressively but professionally drives the deal forward, handles objections, and finalizes contracts.

* Process Adherence: Experience managing deal progression, forecasting, and negotiation stages accurately within a CRM system (experience with Attio is a strong bonus).

* Work Setup: Must have a reliable, fast internet connection, a professional workspace, and high-quality audio/video equipment for client calls.
