SHaaSHaa is a fast growing eCom company - we sell physical products online both on Amazon and our own eCom stores.
Our focus is in the Parenting niche, and breastfeeding in specific.
Our mission is to build a strong online community around motherhood, breastfeeding and child care, and leverage that community to sell our products.

We’re currently looking for a talented Social Media Manager and VA to help us manage, grow and engage with our online communities via Facebook to start with and other social networks down the road.

Your Responsibilities -

- Create, plan and execute a social marketing plan including a daily posting of either content/memes / or any other social posts that’ll make our community engaged and interested.

- Research the web, competitors social channels and websites, etc… to make sure you’re on top of “what hot now” and able to forward this to our audience.

- Reach out to influencers and community leaders to try and establish partnerships, connections, and business that is beneficial to both sides.

- On a daily basis, you’ll be asked to oversee, and monitor our social channels activity -
comment on posts, reply to users comments and private messages, make sure the social pages are clean of bad language, etc….

- VA on our Shopify e- commerce site: improving our store by writing product descriptions, uploading pictures, uploading products, adding new applications to the store and working with existing ones such as MailChimp, writing E- mails

Required Qualifications -

- Fluent written English is a must!

- If you have to be a social savvy - we’re looking for the kinda’ person who lives, breath, and LOVE social media. if you’re the kinda’ person who spends most of his/her day on social media - posting, commenting and whatever….then you’re the kinda’ person we’re looking for.

- Have knowledge on Facebook ads and launching campaigns

- You must be a fast learner, and a problem-solver go-getter kinda’ person!
(you’ll be asked to demonstrate those skills).

- Advantage - basic graphic design skills (things like adding text on an image, resizing and image, cropping,etc….)

Working hours -

M-F 4 hours/day (may increase with time).
Sat-Sun - 1-2 hours / day (flexible hours).

** working hours M-F are split: 2 hours must be between - 22:00 pm- 24:00 am- Israel time, another 2 hours are flexible

Compensation -

- Base salary is $40 / week (for the about work load).
You’ll also be entitled for vacation days, sick days and 13th month salary ( will be discussed if we start work together)
- Salaries are being reviewed on an yearly basis, and based on your performances you’ll be entitled for a raise.
