Role Details:
Schedule Preference: Aligned with PT/MT hours (Pacific Time / Mountain Time) for weekday coverage, plus light weekend
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- You will lead the strategy and optimization of our lead-generation campaigns. This involves:
- Diagnose campaign performance across the funnel and create clear optimization plans to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Build structured testing roadmaps for audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Review and interpret Meta Ads Manager data to produce actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
- Direct backend VAs and media buyers to implement changes, then quality-check their execution and confirm results.
- Adjust budgets, bids, and pacing to hit daily and weekly performance targets while protecting lead quality.
- Maintain standardized reporting dashboards and weekly summaries that highlight trends and actions taken.
- Collaborate on creative strategy and messaging; brief ad copy and creative tests, and evaluate their outcomes.
- Maintain internal playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and test libraries.
- Stay updated on Meta platform and policy changes, and algorithm shifts.
- Provide light weekend check-ins to safeguard campaign performance and spend efficiency.
What You'll Need to Bring (Requirements):
- Meta Blueprint Certification is required.
- Proven experience successfully optimizing Meta lead-generation campaigns using data-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you must be comfortable interpreting performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly direct tea
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts, tests, and reporting cycles simultaneously.
- Availability to work PT/MT hours with weekday coverage and part-time weekend support.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):
- Experience managing or coordinating VAs and media buyers on ad execution.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) frameworks.
- Experience writing or briefing ad copy and creatives for lead generation.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of Zapier or similar automation tools.
