Social Media Marketing Manager – Top Tier for Sales Pitches/Outreach Needed

Looking for super star to join our fun & dedicated team!

Job: Searching for high quality REAL fashion & makeup influencers/bloggers for a women’s fashion brand on Instagram, YouTube & other various social media outlets; then pitching our fun sunglass brand to influencers for collaborations. You will be building meaningful relationships with these people. Great job for experts in public relations & copyrighting. Other tasks are virtual assistant type work.

Full time position, 40 hrs week. (20 hours first 2 weeks & then full time after that).

High Pay! $5-$7 an hour (Full time around 30,000- 50 000 php and pay grows + bonus)

We need you to be dedicated to this job alone, full time & not working any other job, as you will not be able to execute this job properly. This is a very serious job that will take a lot of concentration, skill & time but the reward is high.

1. Perfect Verbal and Written English.
You will be emailing every day very important people in our industry. You'll have to be able to curate and execute a perfect pitch to each individual influencer. I cannot risk less than perfect email responses as this will screw over our company image. An accent is fine, I have one as well, but the actual knowledge of the language needs to be at my level or even above. And of course, email etiquette.

2. Use regularly and are social media savvy. Specifically, must have knowledge and use Instagram and YouTube all the time (and the makeup/beauty/fashion guru influencer world).

3. Understand influencer world, you won’t be able to properly execute the job and waste both our times. Follow makeup/beauty gurus Instagram, watch makeup gurus on youtube, follow fashion bloggers, other relevant influential people. Must have basic knowledge about influencers.

4. You need to be a perfectionist of organization.
This job requires you to build long-term relationships with people. You must be very organized and know exactly what stage you are with each influencer (will be given a system to help you). For example -Emailed them, responded with a counteroffer to their price, negotiated a deal, sent them our product, influencer posted a picture/video or wrote an article about our product and finally closed deal. You need to be very organized because if you're not, things will be forgotten or missed and chaos will happen. If this is an issue, I will need to let you go on the spot.

5. Can pitch a product, come up with interesting slogans and sell our company to these important people.

- Can cause excitement in others about our company & eloquently emphasis our positive attributes.
- Negotiate down to the cheapest deal/rate for a promotion without pissing off the influencer. Best thing is to be able to convince influencers to do it for free.

- Can differentiate real from fake influencers (a lot buy followers, likes, comments).
- Good taste for design and fashion.

Main Job:
Research & find high quality beauty/makeup/fashion gurus & other relevant influencers. You will create a list of all the potential high-quality Instagram accounts via excel. After I review them, you will email them all for collaborations. Each email must be curated and unique based on the influencer’s background.

Other Tasks include:
-Research relevant/top fashion blogs using alexa.com rating for backlinking
-Keep record keeping in our CRM system what deal you reached with the influencer & update it regularly.
-Monitor and report influencers effect/ROI using various KPIs and google analytics.
-copywrite articles & blogs for our website
-Come up with marketing ideas with influencers & company – Video ideas influencers should do, contest collaboration ideas, and so on. We want to hear your fresh ideas!
- Pitching to big companies
-If you have photoshop/video editing skills/graphic design, edit & design marketing material or create flyers/images for social media.

The Application Process

I’m determined to find the best person for this role therefore the application process will be tedious. I apologize for that but this is a crucial job and I need to have the right person on our team for this long-term.
Each of the following will denote a separate application stage after which you may or may not be dropped. I will begin the cycle as soon as 1) viable candidates apply 2) I finish setting up the testing environment.
1. All viable candidates will have a Skype call with me.
2. After the call I will choose top candidates for a test. You will research and find the influencers you think will bring the best ROI for our company. And then pitch them our company and why they should promote us. The time you spend doing this will be PAID for regardless if you get the job or not.
3. The top choices after the first test, will do another test to see who is the most skilled in this area, as you need to be social media savvy. This will be the final round and one person will be offered the position after.
I’m sorry to put candidates through such testing, but as mentioned before I have no other choice. I hope that compensating for your time will be enough to justify the effort. Also, I know that many people I will have to pass on are still amazing, which is going to be very hard for me.
