## About the Role
We’re looking for an Amazon Virtual Assistant — a smart, hands-on operator who can keep our Amazon engine running smoothly while jumping into new projects across the business. You’ll own day-to-day Seller Central operations, maintain listings and reports, and support financial and partner-related workflows. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role perfect for someone resourceful, highly organized, and eager to grow within an ambitious global brand.
## Key Tasks
- Manage all daily Amazon Seller Central operations — listings, deals, reports, support cases, etc.
- Organize data from Amazon into Google Sheets, build summaries, and assist with financial models and calculations
- Support listing optimization (titles, images, keywords) and ensure catalog accuracy
- Run small independent projects (e.g. Shopify/Tiktok store, contractor sourcing, or coordination) — no prior experience needed, just ownership and initiative
- Maintain clear communication with customers, partners, agencies, and internal tea
- Take on useful ad-hoc tasks — anything from research to coordination to troubleshooting — that move the business forward
- Help prepare weekly performance reports and identify process improvements
## Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Amazon experience (Seller Central and tools)
- Minimum 1 year Virtual Assistant experience
- Google Sheets Proficiency
- English Proficiency
- Familiarity with financial metrics, margins, and reporting is a plus
