Signage Estimator (Remote – Philippines)

Full-time | Day Shift (7:30am–3:30pm PH Time) | Long-term Role with Excellent Remuneration

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to support an Australian manufacturing and signage business.
You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for custom fabrication projects — analysing drawings, calculating materials and labour, and helping improve estimating processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Review drawings, sketches, or specs to identify material and labour needs
* Prepare cost estimates using Excel or Google Sheets
* Liaise with suppliers for updated pricing
* Enter data into an ERP system
* Maintain cost libraries and help improve estimating templates
* Support production documentation and workflow improvements

Skills & Experience

Must Have:

* Experience in estimating, drafting, or production support within signage, fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (DXF, PDF, or sketches)
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
* Reliable internet connection and good work discipline

Nice to Have:

* Experience with ERP systems, AutoCAD, Illustrator, or other CAD tools
* Background in acrylic or metal fabrication, CNC, or shopfitting
* Engineering or technical qualification
